I honour the healing power of nature and support people in connecting with the root of their essence by tuning in to their natural rhythm and living their most natural self.

Through the alchemy of herbalism, sound healing, voice work, hypnosis and bodywork, I offer pathways back to yourself, rooted in ancient traditions and guided by the wisdom of the living world around us.
